為方便用家即時得知錄音狀態，接收器機身設有 LED 屏幕，可即時查看麥克風連接狀態及電池用量等資訊，同時亦可以即時控制兩支收音咪的音量，方便攝影師即時控制。同時兩支錄音咪可設定至左右聲道方式錄音，以便用家後製時更改音量。WM821 體積雖小，但傳輸距離可達 100 米，就算是邊走邊拍，都可以維持最佳的的無線連接狀態。
